4. Safety & Cautions

- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention.
- Do not inhale product fumes directly, especially for phenyl and toilet cleaners.
- Wear protective gloves when handling corrosive products such as Toilet Expert Cleaner.
- Do not store near food, beverages, or open flames.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if skin irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
Specific cautions for each product are printed on the product label. The Blue Stuff™ is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Blue Stuff™ and Vista Water Enterprise shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
- Damage to surfaces, fabrics, or materials caused by improper use of products.
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities that are not predictable from standard testing.
- Loss of data or business resulting from reliance on any information provided by us.
Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product involved in any claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with The Blue Stuff™ brand — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product names (Airé Lavender, Airé Rose, Citra Green, Ocean Water, Toilet Expert, Glass Cleaner), product formulations, packaging design, and all marketing materials — are the exclusive property of Vista Water Enterprise.
- No part of our branding, packaging, or content may be reproduced, duplicated, or used without express written consent.
- The Blue Stuff™ is a registered trademark of Vista Water Enterprise.
- Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
7. Privacy Policy
